beta1 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and beta1 ("the Platform", "beta1", "we", "us") regarding your use of the website beta1.pro and all associated services including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Fish Games, bonus programmes and payment services.

beta1 is an online gaming and entertainment platform operated for the benefit of adult players who choose to use it on a voluntary basis. These Terms are written in plain English to ensure that every player — regardless of how much time they spend reading platform legal documents — can understand what they are agreeing to. 2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To create an account and use beta1, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. beta1 strictly prohibits access by minors. We may request age verification documents at any time and accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be closed and any balance forfeited.
• You must be registering on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person. Proxy registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration including your real name, valid mobile number and working email address. False registration details are grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed beta1 account. One account per person is the firm rule. Duplicate accounts will be identified and closed. Balances on duplicate accounts may be voided.
• You must not be using a VPN, proxy or other tool to disguise your true location in order to circumvent access restrictions.

Account credentials — your username and password — are your responsibility. You must not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact beta1 support immediately. The platform is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain password security.

beta1 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. This may include a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of payment method ownership or other documents. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure. Verification is also required before processing your first withdrawal and when the platform's security systems flag unusual account activity.

3 Deposits and Payment Methods

beta1 accepts deposits in PKR through the following channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and mobile wallets. All balances on the platform are held in PKR. There is no currency conversion step between your payment method and your account balance.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed at the cashier screen at the time of your deposit.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including friends, family members or payment agents — are not permitted and may result in account restriction or balance hold pending investigation.
• beta1 does not charge a deposit fee on the platform side. Fees charged by your payment provider or bank are outside of beta1's control.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment is confirmed by the payment channel. For mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa, this is typically quick. For bank transfers, timing depends on interbank processing.
• If a deposit appears to be pending for longer than the typical processing window for your chosen channel, contact beta1 support with your transaction reference number.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from beta1 are processed to the same payment channel you used for your most recent deposit, by default. To use a different withdrawal destination, you must verify the new account through the account settings or with the support team. All withdrawal destinations must be in your own name.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa; PKR 1,000 for Raast and bank transfers.
• beta1 does not charge a withdrawal fee on the platform side. Any fee applied by your receiving bank or wallet provider is outside beta1's control.
• Withdrawals of real-money balance (funds with no active bonus wagering requirement) are processed on a first-come first-served basis during operating hours.
• Your first-ever withdrawal from a new account may require a one-time identity verification step. This is standard for any financial platform and is completed once.
• Withdrawals involving active bonus balances are subject to the wagering requirement policy described in Section 5.
• beta1 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for security verification purposes. If this occurs, the support team will notify you and give you a timeline for resolution.

Withdrawal requests that have been dispatched to the payment channel cannot be recalled. If you wish to cancel a pending request that has not yet been dispatched, check your Withdrawal History for a cancel option or contact support immediately.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

beta1 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers and seasonal cricket specials. All bonuses are credited in PKR. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses have a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion and in your active bonus tracker in the account dashboard.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus balances and any winnings generated from them are forfeited automatically.
• Only one deposit bonus can be active at a time per account. Attempting to claim a second deposit bonus before completing the first will result in one of the bonuses being cancelled.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the wagering requirement is met in full.
• beta1 reserves the right to void a bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, duplicate accounts or any violation of these Terms.
• Deposits made without selecting a bonus at the cashier are treated as real-money deposits with no wagering requirement attached. These funds are freely withdrawable subject only to standard minimum thresholds.

6 Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all games and betting activities on beta1. Individual game categories — Sports Betting, Live Casino, Fish Games — may have additional specific rules accessible within each section of the platform.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Errors made by the player in selecting an outcome, odds or stake cannot be reversed after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game round, beta1's system records are the definitive reference for the outcome. Round results are determined by the platform's server records, not what was displayed on your screen at the moment of disconnection.
• For Sports Betting, odds are subject to change before a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the odds that apply. beta1 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started where the in-play system erroneously accepted them.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, market and account. These are displayed within each section. beta1 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its discretion.
• Winnings from real-money play are credited to your account as withdrawable real balance immediately upon settlement. Winnings from bonus-funded play are credited as bonus balance until the wagering requirement is completed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on beta1. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account, whether using the same or different registration details
• Using a VPN, proxy service or any tool designed to disguise your actual location
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or depositing funds on behalf of another person
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, display errors or odds miscalculations to gain an unfair advantage
• Coordinating with other accounts to exploit promotional offers or create artificial betting patterns
• Attempting to access or interfere with the platform's backend systems, security infrastructure or any other user's account
• Engaging in any form of money laundering using the platform's deposit or withdrawal systems
• Threatening, harassing or abusing beta1 staff or other platform users through any channel

If you encounter a software error, incorrect odds display or other technical anomaly that appears to create an unintended advantage, you are required to stop play and report it to support immediately rather than exploiting it. Winnings generated from a known technical error are not valid and will not be paid.

8 Account Restriction, Suspension and Closure

beta1 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or financial crime
• Detection of duplicate or linked accounts
• Request from the account holder (self-exclusion)
• Account inactivity for an extended period, subject to the dormant account policy

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any remaining bonus balance and winnings generated from bonus play may be forfeited. Real-money balances (funds deposited without bonus activation) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after investigation is complete, unless the balance is connected to fraud or terms violation.

If your account is restricted or closed and you believe this was done in error, contact beta1 support with full details. The support team will review the case and respond with a decision.

9 Privacy and Data

beta1 collects and processes personal data as necessary to provide the platform's services, verify player identity, process payments and comply with security requirements. The full details of how your data is collected, stored, used and protected are available in the Privacy Policy.

By registering on beta1, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to the data held about you and to request correction of inaccurate information by contacting the support team.

beta1 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment providers and security services only as necessary for the operation of the platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

beta1 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for adult players. Gaming should always be treated as entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to manage financial difficulties.

• Players can set deposit limits, session time limits and loss limits through the account settings.
• Self-exclusion is available to any player who wishes to take a break from gaming. Contact support or use the self-exclusion option in account settings. Self-exclusion periods are taken seriously — requests to re-open a self-excluded account before the period ends will not be processed.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, beta1 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from player error in placing bets or making account decisions
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances outside beta1's reasonable control, including payment channel outages, internet connectivity issues or force majeure events
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems
• Losses arising from a player sharing their account credentials with a third party
• Any loss of profits, revenue, opportunity or other indirect losses

beta1 operates the platform with reasonable care and skill. Where a failure of the platform directly causes a player to lose funds that would otherwise not have been lost, beta1 will investigate and remedy the situation on a case-by-case basis. Such claims must be raised with the support team promptly.

12 Changes to These Terms

beta1 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material — for example, changes that affect how bonuses are calculated or how withdrawals are processed — we will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via email or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

Continued use of beta1.pro after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and withdraw any remaining real-money balance.
